I. SUBJECT
Art. 1. This Personal Data Policy, hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Policy”, is intended to regulate the relations in the processing of personal data between “HIDROIZOMAT AD”, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, owner of the website: lozenhomes.bg, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, and each of the users, hereinafter referred to as the “User/s”, of the Website, in connection with the use by the User of the Website.

III. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Art. 3. (1) The Provider, through the Website, collects, stores and processes personal data of the Users only in connection with its activities, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.
(2) The User's personal data may be used for authentication and communication in case of inquiries made or generated job applications, provision of advertising content adapted to the interests of the User, sending a Bulletin in case the User has provided his consent to receive such, statistical information on the use of the Website, protection of the information security of the Website, accounting purposes in connection with the use of the Provider's services, Ensuring the provision of the Provider's services.
(3) The Provider does not use and does not process personal data of the User that provide information about racial or ethnic origin, which are related to the health, sexual life, human genome of the User, which are related to political, religious, philosophical beliefs or participations.
(4) The Provider takes measures to protect the User's personal data in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Personal Data Protection Act.
Art. 4. The Website uses cookies, the type, purposes and conditions for their use are specified in the Cookies Policy, available herewith which the User agrees by using the Website.
Art. 5. By using the Website, the Recipient expressly agrees that the Provider has the right to process his personal data in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions available here.
Art. 6.
